RETURN POLICY

At Lovendr, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our handcrafted soaps. Due to the personal nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, we understand that individual circumstances may vary.

    Return Policy:

    • Shipping cost for returning your item will be deducted from your refund.
    • Our return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received itItems must not be worn, altered or damaged It must also be in the original packaging including label.

    How and Where to Return

          1-To return your product, please visit our Start a Return page and send us your information including your order number using the contact box,

          2- We will send you a return label in the email. Please place the label on the original package and leave to a UPS store.

    Refunds (if applicable):

    • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
    • Once we have received and inspected the returned item ,we will let you know and start the refund process if you're approved.
    • The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 1-3 business days after we receive your return.
    • Shipping cost for returning your item will be deducted from your refund.
    Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for assessment.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
